One of the worst, unprofessional companies I've ever seen. Never know when they're coming to pick up the trash. Always leaving our cans out in the street instead of putting them back at edge of yard. Always leaving a mess! Today I caught them before they pulled away because they left a mess right by my car, looked like someone threw up all over! They're always throwing the cans around, knocking them over before they can get the trash in the back of the truck, then stuff falls out and they just leave it there! First your employee told me he didn't have anything to clean it up when I asked if he was just going to leave the mess there. Then he came back with a broom and dustpan and cleaned it up. I shouldn't have had to ask for that! Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary! Our community has a contract with them, so we unfortunately have no choice but to use them. Get it together Eagle, I don't know how you're even still in business with all the problems you've been causing for people!! I wish you would send the woman in the truck with the automatic arm loader every week. She's the only one who seems to care and does a great job!

Constantly missed pickups. Unresponsive to calls or emails. We canceled with them with a zero balance. Incredibly we received a bill for services still being rendered. They won't let you cancel. No responses.

Their commercial accounts are on contract and as a customer I am "legally bound" by the contract, whether or not they complete their services in a timely manner, or as promised. Multiple times and multiple weeks in a row I did not receive trash and/or recycling services. I was told it was because they were either short in help or the route driver was on vacation.

My husband works here . After 10 years At a different employer he decided he needed a change After his 5th year at his prev employer never given a raise or token of appreciation. Eagle immediately from hire seen his value Nd importance to their company.He was paid almost double to start. Since being hired 5 years ago hes received multiple raises, signs and tokens of appreciation and his overall attitude about working has improved.To love wHat you do is great but loving where you do it also is a positive overall.

Eagle doesnt do dumpster bags that is Waste Management. You would need to call Eagle for dumpster prices.

I am an Eagle customer, I know if you are late in payment they have a list. I am sure they were not accusatory to you. They instantly try to remedy all problems. Their office staff is very courteous and professional, as well are their employees in general. I would and will continue to recommend them.
