excellient service, not famillar with return policy, was told to leave it with other wheeled carriers, hope I wasn't causing a problem. Plan on using service in the future.

When ever i go to atlantic city i call mobility on wheels for my scooter. Great service and scooter is always waiting for me when i arrive.

Tried to rent at The Hard Rock. Horrible experience. They told me they had one Wheelchair left, but due to the company's policy we were not allowed to use it. Not sure the Logic behind it but, my elderly mother ended up without a Wheelchair in the 167,000 Sq Ft Casino. We had to constantly wait for Security for transport from Restaurant, to Casino to Parking Garage. Thank God for the Security officers who went above and beyond. The Hard Rock Management did not accommodate in any way. They basically said that their hands were tied and blamed Mobility on Wheels. They basically gave us a business card for the company and left us to fend for ourselves. Their phone lines go to a Voice mail and no one returned our calls for help. Every other hotel was accommodating in every way they could be. Hard Rock not at all. All they tried to was sell us on Renting a Motorized scooter for $50.00 for the day. My mom would not be able to use this due to her poor eyesight. Terrible experience with no help from the Casino Management.

The management and staff were professional, knowledgeable (and explained operation in detail), helpful and polite, and the scooter we reserved was first class. I would highly recommend Mobility on Wheels!

Pricing for these units is based on the destination. Hi Tom, The charger has 2 cords coming out of it of which both must be plugged in; 1 into the scooter and 1 into a standard wall outlet. The scooter will not charge if both cords are not plugged in simultaneously. Please verify the series of lights on the charger according to the instructions label located on the top of the charger to make sure that it is charging and also when it is fully charged.

They definitely sell scooters. They have one of the largest fleet of scooters in New Jersey and are authorized dealersvand repair center for all the top brands of scooters. Atlantic City and Jersey Shore area being a tourist destination and rental market, along with their in casino rental locations gives their website a heavy focus on rentals.
