The service is timely and they leave the cans in a good space after dumping. However if you have bulk trash you have to call and tell them what it is and they charge you per item with outrageous prices. I paid less to have someone take it to the dump for me which I shouldn't have to do if I have a trash company. I'm talking about normal bulk trash. Dresser. Beds. $50.00 on up. On top of the trash bill. Ridiculous. My neighbors have companies where they can put one bulk item out a week. No extra charge. And they pay less than I do.

I have auto pay and today I received a letter my bill is over due and service may be interrupted. They should have CALLED to advise me there was a problem. The phone number in the letter does NOT offer person to person contact. I had to go online to “chat.” If I took my eyes off the screen it went dark and I had to start over. After an hour I got a snippy chat rep.and a number I could call. A 15 minute wait turned into 30 with the most annoying music and repeated ads. My favorite was about auto pay! Easy! No missed payments and one less thing to do! HA!! They do NOT offer customer service. They just want to collect that money and the cost increases EACH quarter. It is now over $62. a month! I will open a savings account and deposit $62. a month to remind me how much I save for a little inconvenience.
