We placed our order through the mobile app. Everything looked great and we specified exactly how we wanted our sandwiches and which ones. My husband went to pick them up and they shorted one of the sandwiches, the staff kept insisting there were only 2 sandwiches! I had to prove to them what we ordered and then they didn't even have strawberry for the dragon fruit specialty drink. That was the first strike. Second strike came in the shape of non toasted sour dough bread when we specified toasted! Third strike came when they put pesto on my sandwich and I am allergic! And the topper, put white cheddar on both sandwiches when I asked for American. We ordered a chicken bacon sandwich and they didn't have chicken!!! The iced coffee didn't have cream even though I asked for creamer! So nothing about my order was correct and I paid for food I didn't get!! When I tried calling the location they ignored the phone ringing!! My advise, stear clear of this location. Rude staff smart mouths and short on food items. Horrible service overall!!!

I’ve been there numerous times on the way to work and it’s always something with this location. 3 different times I’ve stopped in there to get an everything bagel and they were out. Another time recently I stopped in went to the drive-through me and two other cars waited 10 minutes drove up to the front only to find out they weren’t open because they didn’t have staff but no manager or anyone took the initiative to put a sign on the drive-through so people knew. I stopped by this morning which it’s been a month since I’ve been there and they can only take cash and no cards. They either have the worst luck or it’s not run well at all which is what I’m going to assume is happening at this location. I haven’t tried any of the others but it looks like I may have to as you just can’t count on this one.

Messed up my order for Black Hot coffee on two separate occasions, and the overall level of customer service is the worst of any Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. After the second bad experience I decided I'm never going back to this chain until I'm back home in New England where this wouldn't fly.

The worst experience in coffee for this area of Pensacola. Take your money to Drowsy Poet a block away, where they know how to make coffee, and do it with a smile. This place is a train wreck from their employees to their service, their food and beverages. Rude, careless and it’s amazing they are still in business.

When I went though drive thou yesterday they told me when they are able to seat 50%
