The employees at this location are LESS THAN IDEAL! I was 2 MINUTES late for a passport appointment with my son and they would not help me. Because we were the last appointment of the day and we were not there on the minute, they cancelled, “they were done for the day.” My husband drove an hour to get there from work and they had zero empathy or compassion. I was literally in tears and they continued to look passed me. There is construction on the expressway leading to the location and they could have cared less. As a working family, now we both have to take additional time from work to come back. The insensitivity and selfish was truly unbelievable.

Why are all workers at usps locations rude? And since when does the post office not carry tape? And they make you pay 5$ for some tape “or you can go home and get some “ was their response. They were not helpful at all during my returns today and as I was waking out replied in a rude manner “good luck”. Thanks because you were not helpful at all.

If I could give this post office 0 stars I would because it’s what’s deserved. Almost positive both females working there are racist. First time in Ohio and most people and businesses have been pleasant. Not this one. Both females could not help me with either request. I needed to send something overnight. Overnight stops at 5:30pm. Came in at 5:28pm and they told me oh well. You’re too late. I said you said it ends at 5:30 not 5:28. I was told trucks are done loading. Basically too bad so sad. No empathy. Nothing. I asked could they scan my items and give me a receipt. Couldn’t do that either. I watched other people come in and get greeted and helped. I wasn’t greeted or helped. I pretty much knew where I stood and what was happening. Very sad and unfortunate.

I very rarely mail things so I really appreciate how helpful the staff are. Sometimes they do have long lines though.
