I have been to the Bridgewater Pep Boys many times for car service, tires, brakes, oil changes, etc. and have always been satisfied. I recently went there for a parking sensor repair and was very impressed at how thorough the Master mechanic, Chris F, was in troubleshooting the problem and locating the parts needed. Katie and everyone at the front desk was very helpful, efficient and friendly. It all took 2 days and was a very reasonable price. Thank you very much. I’ve been back for tires and an oil change in the past few months and always very pleased with the service. Today I had a question on car fluids and they checked all the fluids, complimentary, and answered my questions. I just wanted to say Thank you to Dave for going above and beyond for customers. The worst place ever to get tires. They’re Super expensive and then I waited there for hours to find out the tires I needed weren’t in stock. They kept giving me false hope about the time I would be there. I got better service from a small mom & pop shop. I will never go to this pep boys or any pep boys ever. Don’t go you’ll be wasting your time.
