Personally, this is the best and cleanest Vera Bradley store I have ever visited and/or purchased from, for my wife. The staff, specifically Tatiana, and Manager, Deana, always seem to go out of their way(s) to be extraordinarily helpful, courteous and very accommodating! You can tell, there is a strong focus and emphasis on treating customers with nothing shy of the utmost respect, whereas the online end of their business seems to be a tad bit more impersonal and/or corporate. I highly recommend shopping at this location. A+++++

Worst Vera Bradley I have ever been too. I was looking for a particular bag and they did not have it, so I left and then came back because it was my birthday and I had a coupon and the two lady's working were no help at all and very rude. The blonde woman was absolutely no help and the younger lady with brown hair had an attitude. Highly recommend going to a different Vera Bradley store, this one sucked! They also only have a couple of purse styles and this location is very small with not a lot of product, very disappointed and will not be returning to this particular Vera Bradley store.

Always like Vera
