Office hours are the timeframe in which our property manager is available in our front office. Access hours are the timeframe in which your personal access code allows you to enter the property. At many of our locations, the access hours are much wider than office hours. Some properties have an option to upgrade to 24/7 access hours. See your store manager for details.

From time to time, there may be a minimal adjustment to your rental rate. We strive to provide the most competitive rates, but we also want to maintain the best facilities in the industry.

We offer and recommend autopay. It's easy to set up and is the best way to stay current with your account. You can set up autopay with the facility manager when you rent or even after in person, online or by phone!

We're happy to help you select a different unit should you find that your needs have changed. Just come to the facility during office hours.

Though we hate to see anyone go, we make the move-out process as simple as possible. Just let us know you're leaving and empty your room, and we'll close out your account the day your unit is cleared. As a courtesy, we ask that you give us notice that you will vacate your unit a month before you leave.

You will save time and money by renting online, but we ask that you stop by the office to meet your property manager, pick up a lock and ask any questions you may have!

When it is time to check into your unit, you’ll need to provide a government issued photo ID. You will also need the first months rent, but only if you have not already paid. If you are using your own coverage to insure your unit, we recommend bringing your proof of insurance as well.

ou can rent a storage unit on our website, in-person during the facility's office hours, or by calling us. To rent online, you can search by city or zip code to find a facility near you. Select the unit based on the size and then follow the prompts to check out. If you call or stop by, our Property Managers will be happy to help you navigate the rental process. Whichever way you prefer to rent, just pop into the facility office in order to meet your Property Manager and purchase a lock!
