7-14-22 So, if you like barking dogs, multiple families living in a home, n multiple cars, n they aren't paying for it, this is the place for you. Pools, hot tubes. swing sets, all against the rules. Oh, n how about ALL the people that leave the trash cans in the road. Supposed to put it next to your house. Not left in the road, 24 n 7. Are you lazy, or to good to have a trash can in your driveway or next to your house? The rules are not enforced. This place only worries about new installs. People move in, n a year or less they move out. Where's the new mail house? Been promising that for couple years. Many homes are hoarder porches, and a bunch of stuff all over the yard. Nothing said. So sad, this place used to be nice. And, I'm sure the rent will go up in December. Takes some brass ones. Absolutely nothing for what we pay. Oh, trash pickup n snow removal. We pay taxes, and now water, see previous review. And supposedly, this is considered low income housing. Really? 6-26-2022 What's with all the pools that are against the rules? Thus, one of the reason's we will be paying for water usage. Along with people watering, a day after it rains, and multiple families in one home. Nobody is minding the store. Only worried about new install homes. And will increase rent again as they do every year. 5-27-22 Camping at Colonial Heritage again. Water hook up, tires chocked, don't want to roll away, right in the road. 11-4-21 They're back. Now we're camping in the front yard. See photo. Going on for 3 months off n on. Mostly on. The campers were gone for a week or two, n they're back. See photo. Rotted tree, 3 years being reported at my 90 year young Mother's house, right next to her house. See photo. Why do we have people camping for over 2 months in a travel home in the front yard of a home? See photo.

Problem is, we have a lot more than one or two in this neighborhood.
Again, post office is not a thrift shop. Go to a book store or thrift shop. We shouldn't have to kick our way through a bunch of "stuff. " Better yet, post your address in the post office and let that become the dump site for the thrift shop. 👍
No. But, I've heard more complaints from people that did. He charges a lot of money. Then, either doesn't finish or breaks something and you pay more $ for him to fix. Jack of all trades, master of none. And, he's probably not licensed or insured or certified in anything.
