It’s a scam!

This organization is very scattered. I’ve called on three different occasions to schedule a consult and I continuously get the run around. One person said I need a referral the other doesn’t …and in the meantime my whole appointment was missed. The procedure I need done is serious and now I don’t even trust them to operate on me.
