The new mail guy we keep getting that isn’t Joe (our normal mail guy) keeps putting my mail in my aunts mailbox for apartment one when I live in apartment three he clearly can not read nor read apartment numbers it’s becoming irritating now cause this has happened multiple times in the last year like he either needs to be put on a different route when Joe is not working or he needs to be fired or he needs to actually pay attention and read what the name says on the mail cause this is ridiculous he’s in such a hurry to do whatever and he’s not paying attention I’m getting tired of finding my mail in my aunts mailbox something needs to be done with this guy and it needs to be done fast I’m tired of it also he leaves my packages outside instead of putting in the door on the steps I’ve had several packages disappear now and I’m tired of it there is literally a sign on the front door of the building for the apartments stating that they should be left inside the door and not outside because we have people who just walk by and take things that don’t belong to them either fire him or switch his route

The Tamaqua Post Office and their employee Beth have given us exceptional service. Some months ago the address on a treasury check was mislabeled and they made sure that we received it properly. Just recently I requested to move our mailbox because of difficulty I was having getting to it, I contacted the US Postal Service who in turn messaged the Tamaqua Post Office. Within three days I received a phone call approving the move! Wow! (We are a rural address getting daily delivery). Thank you for your exceptional kindness, efficiency and work ethic. Peg
