Im an electrical contractor and all i need was a simple 9 digit work order number that took over 2 hours on the phone trying to get. First i called and after 49 minutes a lady picks up and ask for all thd information. After I provide them with that and ask for the number, she said shes going to transfer me over to the correct department. This was a nightmare
