It's an obselete system that may have been a great idea 100 yrs. ago when there was actually farming in the area. Now it's just a profitable scam for a small group of kronies appointed by the Utah governor (hence, there is absolutely no accountability to the property-tax-payers) to force you to have to buy "untreated" (a. k.a. sewage) water so you can waste it on a lawn, in the middle of the desert.

Useless mandatory "service" that forces you to purchase (close to $500/year as of 2021!) some kronie arraigned obsolete agricultural waste water, no matter if you even want it or not! Talk about socialism when it comes to 'local government' lol!!!

Water turned on 2 May, but as of 25 May about 20,000 customers still don’t have water due to maintenance issues. Horrible management, hire someone who knows how to maintain a pipeline. My taxes get charged for secondary water whether it’s provided or not.

Perhaps get rid of your "SUPPORT" email if you make us call for help. You people are awful to work with.

It will randomly turn on or off as there is no accountability, neither a responsibility for "Pineview" to provide anything to any of the "agricultural property owners", their $300+/year from each prop. owner is pretty much guaranteed to this illusive small group of kronies that force you to "purchase" their sewage water (that is what that really is!)
Hopefully today
It was shut off yesterday. People will have water at their homes as long as the reservoir that feeds them has water in it.
No, most likely the neighborhood is shut down for a leak in the system or someone has scheduled a shut off appointment to replace their master valve. You can give Pineview's office a call Mon - Fri 8-5 and they'd be able to tell you.
It depends. If a service connection is already established at the home you're buying, then you'll be good to go; you can contact Pineview for the location of your master valve if you don't know where it is. If there isn't a service connection, then you will have to contact Pineview and get an application and pay a connection fee.
Yes you have secondary water for your yard. Close your secondary water valve, it is suppose to be on this week.
Pineview water has not installed meters in south ogden this would be a question for Weber-basin water
Depending on where you moved in Ogden you may not have it. Some of the areas are for some reason served by primary water with anti siphon valves. I also found that I had to call several times before I finally got them out:/ good luck!
