I normally book events here but this one time, they decided to keep my deposit already feeling like they are taking a loss because they raised their deposit to $250 but because I had a credit from before they made changes, they granted me that and is so money hungry that they found any excuse to keep the deposit. Imagine cleaning up, throwing away all trash and a owner complains because a bottle cap fell into the ice machine & complain because somebody was 20 min late when they paid you an additional $100 to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but crawl out of bed and let the person into the banquet hall so that they can decorate. This man said out of his mouth, its ok I live across the street. $100 to do NOTHING was a waste. One had nothing to do with the other. I wouldve just rathered you say, we really needed the $150 since we didn't make you pay the normal deposit rate. From the jump, this place and their workers were never on the same page when it came to information. Keep the $150 & fix your toilets and update your kitchens. I will never rent from this place ever again. Rip offs

The New Mayor John A. Dukes, Jr. is an amazing Mayor and certainly is doing his very best for the residents of the Borough. Thank You.
