A diamond in the rough. There is a good deal of food and food shopping. I like that it is convenient and quite affordable. For someone whose first time visit to Salt lake City, I'm surprised to see a strip mall that features several Asian restaurants and the Chinese supermarket. I will be back.

I don't think there's any bread specifically made from cassava but they do sell the actual root itself. Whole Foods might be a place to look, in their bulk section. Or even WinCo has a lot of different flours. If there's a Russian bakery around they would most likely to have cassava breads.

They have them there yes. But so do all the other asian grocers in town. Most mainstream grocers have it as well for a bit more money.
