If they are wood, just need to feather dust them. If they are composite or plastic, they canbe vleaned with a damp cloth and then dried with a dry rag.
Poly are plastic and look like plastic. We have an engineered wood composite that looks like real wood at a much less expensive price. The only time I recommend real wood is if you are looking for a stain or a painted color not available in composite.
We recommend that plantation shutters be installed by a professionally trained and certified shutter installer in order to not void your warranty. How they are installed in the window, is based on several factors to be determined at time of purchase. Variables such as frame style, depth of window recess, hand cranks on windows, if any, and any other obstructions within the window.
When our experts come out to measure and install your shutters, we are responsible for them fitting properly and being free of damage. There is no liability to the client.
We remove your old blinds for you. If there is any prep you need to do such as removing crown molding , baseboards, alarms, etc. we go over that with you at the time of the consultation before ordering.
All blinds are custom made for your windows, therefore, we make sure you know exactly what you are getting before we place the order, as they are a purchase that can be exchanged.
It depends on the size of the window, which determines the size of the tube the shade is on, as well as how much depth is there to install the blinds inside the frame. Our experts will determine that when we come to your home.
Yes. Angela measures each window, so you will get a custom fit.
