Great food, great drinks, servers were on top of it and super personable. Would come back if ever visiting the keys again! Definitely try the Caribbean Special and the Key lime pie!!

Loved it, the style of cooking seafood was unique to us, this Cuban, Dominican or Jamaica rice, black bean etc dishes in the Keys have been really good and Island Fish was no exception.

Last night I saw a hand full of dogs in the establishment. Three in the bar. Saw a couple on the dock as well.
Yes you pull up right to the back and walk in it's a open area restaurant..you can even watch your boat while you eat...
Not sure if there is a dock at the restaurant. Seems like there was a public access site next door. Might want to call.

Yes music and have seen people dance in front of the restaurant. It was fun to watch and enjoy the food.
Yes....we like their almondine and francias versions. They do a nice job.
No totally up to you if it's a small group but I really like the dinner there.
