The adventure with Jason Dettloff begins in September 2021. After being contacted about a broken marble tile in the shower area of my home Jason came over to consider what to do. After saying that it would be difficult to find the same marble and that the work would cost me a lot, I said that I would supply him with what for me was the last remaining marble tile as a possible replacement for situations like these. Not at all worried given the apparent professionalism and for the price, I entrusted Jason with the tile with the promise that he would return to install it after cutting the following week. After a week I get his call saying that during the cut the tile was broken and that he would try to find something at least similar ... since then and we are at the end of January I will have called Jason at least 20 times leaving messages and asking him to solve the problem ... just disappeared. I have also been personally in the company begging to be called ... nothing not even an apology. Really a company and people you shouldn't rely on.
