It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood. But do not move here unless you’re okay with everyone peaking out of their windows every time you leave the house. These people around here are mostly retirees, they have no lives and rejoice at trying to fine you etc. Again it’s a decent neighborhood but there are decent neighborhoods all over, save yourself the headache and find another one.

Excellent, quiet, nicely landscaped, nice large pool and lounging area. Close to beaches, shopping, airport. Restaurants galore from fast food to the more refined.
