CONSUMERS: Save yourselves a headache by banking elsewhere. Service is always poor, information provided is nearly always wrong, typically extended waits (over phone and in branch). MANAGEMENT: The inconvenience and rudeness that I was put through to simply make a payment (which I was not allowed to do) is unacceptable. Tellers are slow, rude, chatty and unhelpful. Not wasting more time than I have already by getting into the details, but will suggest that you work with your staff to improve their customer service, as basic steps for being a professional consists of patience, ethics, and knowledge - to name a few. Unfortunately, a majority of your staff that I have watched while waiting, and have had the extreme displeasure of speaking with, display a complete lack of such. The 1 star reviews you continue to receive due to your "professionals/face of your company" is an utter embarrassment, and will eventually become your branches downfall if not corrected. Regards.

This branch is not ADA compliant, no handicap parking anywhere close to the front doors. Metered street parking is determined by City officials, however Noble must be aware of the consequences of denying accessibility to the disabled.
Fresno Lobos
Noble is the worst, greedy bank I have ever dealt with. I know many of you feel the same way. I wanted to let the rest of you see why to never use Noble. I am switching banks because of the rude customer service from Anastasia in downtown branch and the and ALL OF THE FEES they charge for any reason they can come up with. Also the assistant manager is so racist!!! I am currently seeking another bank to do business with. Please share this to help others avoid this horrific company.

He's right there not the same as Noble bank and Union Bank that's two different things not much more I can say he's pretty well got it covered the owner

Yvett, we have a branch on Tulare Street, not on Fresno Street. All of our branches are full service branches; the branch on Tulare has an ATM that is accessible from the sidewalk. Have a great day.

Good afternoon Anjanette, you can use your Noble Credit Union debit card in Zelle, yes. While it is not integrated into our app, if you use the Zelle app, you can add your Noble debit card. I've personally done it and it worked perfectly! Stay tuned though, we are working on person to person payment options such as this for this year!
