On Sunday my account was hit by scammers. I called the fraud department and actually talked to a person. She was very helpful, on Monday I was helped by Charlotte. She was very professional and helpful. I appreciate her patience and her knowledge! Thank you Charlotte! My money has been replaced!

EECU has a wonderful track record of exceptional service. I know several people who do their banking there who will never go anywhere else. You do however have to be a current or affiliated educational employee or be a part of their sister network of unions to qualify for an account.
