Contacted this particular groomer a few times and each time I’ve asked a question I was talked down to like I’m stupid. Felt like I couldn’t even make an appointment, seemed to not want to bother with possible new client. Terrible customer service, needs communication skills. 😕

We brought our pomeranian to her a few months back she shaved her exactly how we wanted. We took her in today and asked for what she did last time and she shaved her completely she looks ridiculous. if Robin wasn't going to groom her how she did last time she should have called us.

Our three Doxies had their nails clipped today. It was a good experience for each of them. Robin talks to them and soothes them and does a great clip job. Robin’s is a pet friendly place, for sure. She even had deer chew treats for them. How nice is that?! 🖤🖤🖤
