It was ok when I first started coming here but my last two appointments weren't the best. At this last one, the specialist scratched my upper lip so now I have a big noticeable scab forming under my nose. It's upsetting and I hope it doesn't scar. Update: It unfortunately turned into a big dark spot, hoping it's not permanent

I went here for my bday 8/19, this was my first time getting a full waxing service. I paid $89 for the waxing combo #2 underarms, lower legs and Brazilian. My skin specialist was Chelsi, she was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I definitely be going back here. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Very pleased .

There's nothing normal or abnormal as we are all individuals and have different reactions.
I get full Brazilian. In and out within 20 min max. It's not super painful but u def feel it.
