Always leave here feeling great after a massage. I suggest being clear about what you are looking for up front and during if it’s not to your liking. The only times I’ve been slightly dissatisfied is when I wasn’t clear. I have the membership, which is worth it, but hard to remember to schedule consistently. They do a great job of helping remind me.

If i could give them no stars i would !!!!!!!!! My first time dealing with hand and stone on Columbus Blvd and the experience was HORRIBLE!!! i booked my husband a facial and a massage on the day of his birthday which so happened to be Father’s Day weekend. 1 hour before our appointment and the rep calls to tell me the lady who was supposed to do his massage had an emergency and had to cancel. They offered me a male instead. I explain my husband would not like a man doing his massage and they pretty much was like u can reschedule! Like seriously no sincere apology no let’s fixed this just reschedule. The day of his birthday! 1 hour before our appt!

Had a facial before a big event, and unfortunately my face broke out into a rash. As soon as I noticed it, I called the spa and spoke with the front desk lady, asking for anything to make my face not get worse as the event was 2 days later. The front lady was sweet and all saying she will let my facial lady (Lori) know what happened and they would give me a call back later that day. A whole week later and no one gave me a call back.. Even if there was nothing that they could provide me with, as a customer I would expect a call back especially after promised by the spa itself. Now my skin is just purging and purging which is so unfortunate. Sorry but not coming back here.

My massage therapist was great. Thank you, Ruby. The manager/ owner. A woman with the stone face/ black hair, was a bit curt. I was gifted a massage session by a friend. It was not disclosed to me until I checked out there was a service charge to use the gift. Kinda spoiled the mood after such a nice massage. Even the receptionist was surprised by the charge. The receptionist’s jaw dropped when the stone-faced woman said there was a charge. Whatever stony; be well. It would have been nice to know as I would not have been surprised by the charge. This was supposed to be a relaxing experience. I’d go back to get a massage from Ruby in the hopes not to see stone-face.
