Great location; decent amenities. Maintenance is great except the 2nd elevator in our building has been broken for 5 months. Management is incredibly vague regarding when it will be fixed. The remaining elevator gets dirty very quickly and since it is not air conditioned, it can get really smelly and dirty.

I've lived here for a year and while it was nice it did not feel like home. When I received my renewal I started to look elsewhere. I really looked..and then Rosea from the allure office reached out to me to say they had a beautiful apartment available that she thought might make me feel "at home". I fell in love..like right away. Big, bright, views...I quickly met with Kayla, the property manager and she had everything transferred over in record speed and a few days later I was in my new place. Finally, a place to call home. Is the complex perfect, no, there's always room for improvement. But I feel it is not all the fault of the complex rather more to do with inconsiderate tenants. What is the responsibility of the complex are the employees that work there. I am telling you, those ladies in the front office, Rosea, Meghan and Kayla make it ALL worthwhile. John and the maintenance staff are second to none. Everytime I have an issue they are there to fix it right away. Trust me, I looked at a lot of places, many much more expensive, and barely got a call back and the apartments/amenities were nothing compared to this. I love it!

Management needs to crack down on the trainers that’s are using the community gym to run their business. From morning to day they gym is completely unusable because it’s filled all day with people who don’t even live here. One of there names is Barry. I’m sorry you all need to move your operation somewhere else it’s not fair to your neighbors.

You might want to look into this out of the sheet safety and security for all residents and visitors and to ensure compliance with the State of Florida. **extremely concerning :(
