Unfortunately they never do. You are lucky if you even have the chance to have someone actually in the office.
Resident Manager here. No HOA. All that is due is your lot rent and water, sewer and trash bill. Unless you are also renting a home from us as well. However, most residents own their own trailers and just rent the property here.

Need to go to the mangment office for application They should have a list also but the home owner can list them with out letting property management know, unfortunately!
Buy a remote from the office. They will not give you one or help out in any way.
