Why has the minimum monthly ammount gone up so much the past few years and not come back down. One increase was for Infrastructure update then another for the office to me "updated". With that being done why hasn't the base rates come back down?

Lady who answerd is not very friendly and sounds like she is not willingly to help. Not very good customer service. I have never needed an extention on a bill before and I asked for ONE extra day..she gave it to me with an attitude and said she can move it one more day but I would still have to pay a penalty. Fine whatever but at least be nice about it. Wouldnt even give me her name when asked.

they keep shutting off our water with 0 notice at all. we’ve lived here 6 months and we’re just NOW hearing from them that we needed to set up an account through them. We assumed it was through the city because we had never been contacted.

Yeah. Their awful. They use to hang notices on door. Now it's sent in mail. They make more money when sent in mail because people don't check their mail soon enough so they shut your water off. Lol j/k.

Good luck. A year ago, so hopefully they fixed that, but I wouldn't be surprised.

I am without water at Shadow Ridge Estates Mobile Home park, for several hours. Is there a line break somewhere and if so how long before it is fixed?

Kearns Improvement District only provides water and sewer services. The Kearns Meteo Township could probably answer this question.

The RV Dump station is located at approximately 5990 West 5400 South. It is directly across from China Clay Drive off of 5400 South.

Are there people out asking to do water testing this evening??? I had a young kid come to my door asking if I’ve had my water tested. I thought it was weird!
