This facility is horrible with communication. You can't ever get anyone to answer the phone. And if they do, and you leave a message for a return call, no one ever calls you back. No one manages the front door either. My grandma was there, dying on hospice, and trying to go see her was a joke, standing out front for 30+mins because no one would answer the door, the bell, the phone, you could bang on the door and they could care less!

If you’re thinking of sending your loved ones to this facility please look elsewhere. I worked here as a CNA and the only reason I’m giving it one star is because I loved my patients. They’re very short staffed and anytime I would ever ask for help they told me to figure it out. The only time the higher ups care at this facility is when the state comes because they want high scores. Don’t even get me started on the nepotism that goes on here. There are people in power that favor relatives and friends and give them anything they want even though they have no business working in this field. It’s unethical and not okay. They want to increase star rating reviews by having severe memory loss residents “leave a review”. No one is held accountable for anything!! This facility is a scam and will do anything to get your money.

I have worked in many other facilities and the patients have been very rude and disrespectful to the CNA's. but at Draper Rehabilitation and Care Center the residents are very kind and loving and grateful for the attention we give them, I like that.

I have spent the summer at Draper Rehabilitation and Care Center as a graduate intern. I have spent five years in the healthcare industry, and I have been sincerely impressed with the clinical as well as the administrative teams. The teams demonstrate a high priority in the care and treatment of both their residents and their employees.

Their physical therapy team is honestly amazing!!

I'm concerned with all the most recent reviews. My daughter is at this center. The good reviews seem to be from the staff. And I love that. The negative reviews are very concerning. How concerned should I bee for my daughters welfare?

I felt like I in was jail, and they have checked me head to toe and I am here for broken foot is that normal?

You're in a medical facility, head to toe assessments are common. But if you don't like it, tell them. You are not in jail, you can refuse any treatment/assessment/medication you don't want. But know that is for your wellbeing, but no one wants you to be uncomfortable I'm sure. You should all to speak to someone in administration about these concerns.

how is the staff
