Fast friendly service. Couldn't find the tire I needed anywhere else and they had the one I needed so they got me right in. Cody was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner! Went to Mavis again in 7/29/22 and had to have 2 tires done. Was told it may be a 2 hour wait. Once again Cody worked his magic and got me in and got my tires on and my car out within 45 minutes!!!!! Awesome job Cody Thank you!!!!

So my daughter scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for 7/12/22 for 2pm her and my wife get there and are told it’s going to be a two hour wait .. mind you she scheduled online ahead of time. No big deal my wife and the kids did some shopping and walking around 2 hours later car still wasn’t touched .. I recommend if you are a female avoid this place the bum behind the counter went in and made the tech walk the keys back out to my wife after she requested them so she could take her business elsewhere.. what a Coward that guy is instead of saying hey look I’m sorry we over booked that time slot he hid and ducked behind stuff till she finally had enough

Happy with the experience. I scheduled on the website (switch from winter to all season tires) and when I got there the site had malfunctioned and they had no record of the appointment. Didn't matter, the guys were happy to get me in even though they clearly had a full lot and people in the waiting room. Friendly, professional, I'll definitely go back.

I was charged $250 more for replacement of wheel bearings than what other comparable businesses would have charged me. I thought I was getting the best price since they claim to be a discount repair shop. I called and informed them of lower prices elsewhere but was not offered a price match. Insisted I got a good deal. I was pressed for time and did not get several quotes as usual and I paid for it.
