I can agree with Robert. I went there last Tuesday for 4 tires and an alignment. I was early for my 11:30 scheduled time. They had my car until 5:30 and the alignment didnt get done. I had to go back friday to wait for that to get done. The front desk was a little slow but had great customer service. Oh and also when I got my car home from one of the tires only had 8 pounds of pressure in it.

Has anyone visited this NTB for auto inspections? My visit was timely and seamless. I did call ahead for an appointment. Randy Siegman, Service Manager, greeted me and processed alp paperwork while he offered me the waiting room with coffee service.
