Studying Kung Fu at Shaolin Arts has been a life changing experience for me. As a business owner and a dad with a busy schedule I wasn't taking the time to focus on myself both mentally and physically. Sifu Johnson and the other students at the Sandy Studio have challenged me over the last year and a half to push myself, and strive for a higher level of balance and harmony. If you are looking for a challenge, and to improve yourself mentally and physically this is the place to go. I can't recommend it enough.

I have been going to Shoalin Arts for several years, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. At first, it felt like at lot of money but looking back, I do not regret a single dollar that I have spent learning from Shaolin Arts. The instructors are phenomenal and teach us to improve our quality of life through the arts. It is not just about learning to fight, but learning to master yourself. Come take lessons! You will not regret it!

I took a free class here over 10 years ago because my younger brother was taking classes and he wanted me to try it out. We did a short warmup and then for the class part we blew up balloons and punched them. I ask the instructor how I should make a fist so that I was at least punching with correct form, and the teacher said that it didn't matter and then left the area so it was just my brother and me punching balloons for about 10 minutes. Afterwards the instructor had me come into a small office and highly pressured me to sign up for a year of classes. I told the instructor that if she would let me take another free lesson maybe I would see something worth signing up for. She declined my suggestion saying that I should just do month to month if I'm not sure. It was a very awkward situation which I'll always remember. The instructor lady seemed nice, but the lesson lacked any real structure/substance and I was just generally disappointed(it was a kung fu class). School was pretty small, but seemed pretty clean so stars for that/location.

Excellent school to learn traditional Kung Fu in a safe and friendly environment.
