Everyone who works here should be FIRED. It’s been 9 months and my mother still does not have a headstone. Everything was submitted and paid for by MARCH 8, 2022. I had to call 3x to chase down information. Our latest call to the GM showed they were completely disorganized and could NOT FIND OUR PAPERWORK. This is my mothers FINAL RESTING PLACE! Do NOT let your loved ones come here. These people do not care about them or you.

My mother was buried at Sunset 1 year ago today and I, like so many others, wish it wasn't at Sunset. My father was buried there 26 years ago and everything was perfect, no complaints, until Kirk and Nice bought them out. Perpetual care??? What a joke! Perpetual care gets them no money so they could care a less! When my father was buried they did not force us to pay 1st, we paid for the opening and closing and the casket etc when the insurance came thru, plot was already paid in full-now forget it! You have to pay in full immediately or they won't bury the person. Hiwever, they are not so quick to fulfill their duties. I had to chase them down to get the year put on the plaque that laid on another nearby grave for weeks after the funeral. They did not even fill in the grave after it settled! I had to bring bags of top soil to fill in where the earth sank and today I realized I have to add more still next visit. My parents bought this plot because it was a beautiful 'memorial park' which means no head stones-ground plaques only! My father would be sick if he could see the enormous, garish displays the 'Asian' sections have become. Now I see we are in for 'Russian' burial areas! Since when did memorial parks become segragated with each part having it's own rules??? I intend to pull out the original bill of sale and agreement to see if what they are doing there, which has destroyed the beauty of the 'park' is even contractually legal. My parents chose this place so as an only child one day I would not feel as though I was visiting them in a cemetery, rather a beautiful, peaceful park - the way it was before Kirk and Nice got their greedy hands on it. On another note the office staff I encountered with my mom's burial were cold, showed zero empathy, and only wanted that check I wrote. To be even more blunt not only was the service I received lacking in empathy it was also lacking in a strong command of the English language which made it even more difficult to handle. You have to be a certain kind of person to take what was once such a comfort to those at the very worst points in their lives and flip it into a cold money making machine and sleep well at night! I just hope all those that are responsible for all if this heartache are 1 day faced with the same treatment on the worst day of their own lives! Maybe they will start a 'Karma' section next!

They could not perform their obligations in a professional manner. It is sad that you have to deal with that kind of stuff after you lost your beloved one.

My grandparents are entombed in the mausoleum. My grandfather was placed in 1995, ny grandmother in 2012. For at least 4 years, probably longers, letters have been missing from the granite front. We have repeatedly complained to the office, who apparently is for the funeral home on the grounds, not the cemetery. Interesting since they are both owned by the same company. Not at all surprised by the lack of action. I have been in the funeral industry for 10 years. Have never heard a single nice thing about Stonemore. All the money this place charges, and the lack of upkeep, and repairs is appalling. They only care about getting your money,. I am sure now that I am posting a review, I am will get a standard, so sorry, please email us response. But it should not take leaving a negative review for a response and action. Save your money, and avoid anything associated with Stonemore.

I wish i could visit this place just keep saying i love you to gia ...
I believe so but you should check their website
Pa law after last plot is filled its open for additional 50 yrs
No. Something is in Philadelphia and is adjoined to Feasterville in Bucks County. Since Sunset Memorial is on the North side of County Line Rd, it is in Bucks and therefore in Feasterville. Somerton is across the Street
The easiest way to check for loved ones is to come to the office. A staff member will help you locate them if they are here.
