Insanely unprofessional!!!! I waited over an hour to been seen, staff were discussing and arguing with themselves instead of caring/helping clients, once the exam started it was interrupted by a staff member coming in asking about another client using their name saying they couldn't afford the appointment/discussing Financials. They talked about me while I was sitting in the room with them like I wasn't there and as they were finally asking me exam questions the staff member kept making jokes to herself and having side convos instead of keeping the appointment moving! One staff member left for the day in the middle of checking someone out. And as much arguing and side convos they were having, literally no one knew what was going on. This location needs to be shut down so they can stop wasting people's time! I eventually left and I'm sure no one noticed.

If it wasn't for Monica this establishment would only get get a star if not half a star if you could rate someone that. 🙄 the doctors here are very unprofessional they in a rush to leave for the day like damn the patient care is not your concern. Then I brag how good this place was until my mom went and was dissatisfied with her services. The doctor promised her good eye drops but left before she gave it to her. The lady that was helping her act like it was issued giving to her. This is not a good look for this establishment you are getting to many bad 😬 reviews. Management needs to go over good customer service and customer care again you have one person in the whole establishment that is good at that and that's Monica. 🙌

I returned to have a px corrected as I could not read at all with the new px. My appointment was for 2:20pm and I arrived at 2:26 due to road construction. I had called at exactly 2:10pm to inform them of the construction. I waited till 3:10pm and the medical assistant called me in. They read my glasses and asked that I wait for the doctor. The manager told me the px I have is for driving. I dont have issues seeing while I drive. I explained to her that I had told the doctor I cannot read clearly and whilst the test was ongoing I told her the letters were blurry. I asked the manager why the doctor wont see me but she said she has to correct the px. The glasses I have I cannot even see clearly as I drive. You all will hear from my lawyer. This is a scam deceit and disrespect to my time.
