Since I've from west Philly it's been really difficult. When u drop your card in west Philly it's takes less than 15min to get it back but this location even after 48hours you will need to still call them b4 the reach out to you. It's been over 24 hours I dropped my card I called to find out why I couldn't believe the lady telling me on phone that millions of people drop their cards like seriously that's a big lie She placed me on hold forevre when I asked her to help me confirm if it's ready cos I needed to pick up my sons milk for. I wish I can just go back to west Philly for appointments

The customer service at this office is awful, I called to ask one question and someone answered the phone and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I ended with no answer to my question.

You have to drop off your card there. They have a box for you to put it in along with a paper for you to fill out. They then will mail your card with its funds back to you.

Everything is done by phone , no need to go to the office.
Yeah, they don't typically answer due to staff shortages. My experience has been if you don't drop your card off prior to the "appointment" they don't call you. I also never get a call at the appropriate time.

You have to call their office to make appointment. Google WIC Northeast there should be a phone number there.
