Have tried repeatedly to contact them by phone and email and they just don’t respond. I have an open order from June 21,2022 that is not filled. They were very quick to charge my card for the full amount. It is still not resolved. Mail ordered folk’s beware.

I received an email regarding a charge for an item that did not go thru bc my card had been hacked. I will not give my Debit card information out in an email bc of this. I wrote to Strawberry Sampler (THREE emails) and asked them to call me and gave my phone number. A phone call would take five minutes to clear this up. No phone call or email back to me. I have tried reaching/calling them (seriously)100 times in the past ten - eleven days. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! It’s not like I can go to the shop bc I live on Long Island! I also ordered something a few months ago and have not received it yet. Plus, the extremely rare few times I have gotten in touch with them over the last three years, there is always an excuse as to why something has not been done or sent. I used to love going to this shop when I was in town, or ordering from them online. I am done! I think they only cater to the people that walk into their shop. Enough already!

I've been waiting six months for framing, every time I call a different excuse. The manager won't call me back about getting my work back and a refund. Don't take your framing here!
