Alright place but staff don't do an personal car inspection with you and you have to walk a distance to the rental vehicles that are mixed in with other people vehicles

I called, prescheduled I was ready to fulfill need of rental car order by my insurance company. They asked time I wanted. I was able to sign , pay my share, and agents were great. I drove mine to body shop. The female agent drove the loaner to shop. And the male agent picked her up, returned to their jobsite in herkimer. I was treated well. Very much appreciated clean vehicles good agents. We use hrk enterprise frequently.. pleased with their vehicles services

Spent $75 on a cab ride there and back because your website refused to state clearly that there had to be 24 hour notice in order to book. Also didn’t have anyone answer the phone for me to have it delivered. So thanks for nothing enterprise.
