Been here a few times with these young employees who stand behind the counter while there is a line of people waiting for their hot food. No helpers in the kitchen except one girl making everyone’s orders. This dude has not customers and apparently has time to eat behind the counter while handling everyone’s items at 6 pm on a Thursday during a pandemic.

So normally I would say the service is at best a 4 but tonight I ordered a sheet pizza and dozen wings....after 3 attempts of calling with no answer. After arriving to pick pizza up figured out why no one answered phone because an employee named lisa was on a personal phone call while she was making pizza and left my pizza as well as two others in the oven not paying attention at all this will be the last time I order from north towanda dandy.....service sucked

Could have gotten a 5 star but the bathrooms hadn't been touched since 10pm the night before. I know this because the same trash was on the floor and the same soap dispenser was empty.
