Wait times are horrid. I tried coming here twice on two separate occasions. The first try was late Tuesday morning and their wait time was 45+ minutes. My second try was two days later, Thursday afternoon, and the wait time was 60+ minutes. Maybe it's bad luck? Reading other comments this appears to be the norm. Hopefully they can be more accommodating in the future as their other facilities are highly ranked.

An hour and 45 minute wait.....staff was not even welcoming or apologetic. Word of advice from staff: don't come on a Saturday or Monday if you can help it.
