I had a great experience changing trains here, however the station isn’t all that nice. There also aren’t many food options, meaning that long lines form at the few options there are. Trenton Transit Center could definitely be improved.

This is a nice station and is on the Northeast Corridor so there are several different trains that arrive here, Amtrak, Septa and NJ Transit. It can be very busy but they have automated ticketing at kiosks located throughout the station. There are schedule boards located through out the station and a great police presence so you feel safe and the officers can be helpful if you have a question, they'll also direct you to the help desk if they can't answer a question. There are several businesses located in the station if you want to get a drink or snacks for your trip. The station is clean and I believe there are several NJ Transit busses that stop here also. Overall a nice experience.

Business Class on Amtrak NE Corridor is almost always the last car, farthest from the station when going south. Announcements are made prior to boarding.
There is a garage to park. When I stay from 6AM until the following evening, it costs me $31.50.
You have to take the riverline to Pennsauken transit center than a shuttle bus to Atlantic city. No trains till January from pennsauken transit center,or bus #551 out of walter rand transit center

🆕 York city

How much is Trenton nj to Newark airport
Nj transit to NYC is way cheaper than Amtrak
No car rental
Two stops before the Penn Station
No but you can park your car on wall street right down the street from the train station everyone does
It depends. Amtrak or Jersey Transit? Adult, child or senior? Peak or off-peak (applies only to NJ Transit). The Jersey transit price range is roughly $7.00 to $31. Amtrak fares depend on how far in advance you book travel. 14-days advanced purchase cheaper than same day. Note: Amtrak is all reserved seating, Jersey transit isn't (SRO possible).
Yes. One must pay a fee for parking. Daily rates apply.
Safe and expedient service to and from my destination.
