The Health Dept should seriously shut this place down. 10 years of having to deal with different doctor's offices and I have never before encountered this level of incompetence. "Psychiatric" nurse practitioner who yells at family members and refuses to do her job, lab tests supposedly sent to labs and not so you're left standing at the lab trying to figure out what happened, phones not being answered during office hours so managers nor pharmacists can't get a hold of a live person, prescriptions not being sent to the pharmacy TWICE after being told they were (and only having to find out two days later from the pharmacy because they're wondering where it is and the patient is running out of a medication). As a guardian, you're having to double check everything hasn't been massively screwed up. I've had to have another medical practitioner's office fill in where Stress Care dropped the ball and they drop the ball REPEATEDLY. This is incredibly dangerous, life-threatening, for their most vulnerable patients. Filing a formal complaint with the NJ Health Department.

I highly recommend Stress Care because I have been blessed to have a therapist and doctor who are excellent, caring, supportive, interact well with different races and cultures, and have helped me with extreme stress. I have been going to psychotherapist Barbara Russo for about 16 years, and I first came to her about 16 years ago for severe work stress and a hostile work environment which had me riding in ambulances and had adversely impacted every part of my body. She is warm and gives wonderful stress reduction techniques, one of which is music therapy which provides very positive impact. Also, I have been going to Dr. Maryanne Desantis for five years, and she keenly tracks my diagnoses and concerns and the impact of stress. She gives very constructive comments.
