Wa alaikum as salaam wa Rahmatullah. The Imams name is Aziz. I no longer have the phone number however he is normally there for every Salah and the brother's are there to call the adhan have his contact information. Also his contact information is on the side of his van.Inshaillah this will be of some benefit to you.

I just had my nikkah there last Friday after jumaah. No cost. No prior arrangements really needed. Subhanallah. Alhamdulillah.
