They never pick up the phone and the doctors often have their assistants tell you results, I can never get through to them and when I do reception has lost my information. This happens every time I manage to speak with them. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve literally only been able to see my doctor one time in December 2020. I’ve been calling since then and no one answers the phone. Very unprofessional. I used their online method to request an appointment and they ignored that too. If you are closed you should have let your patients know.
