Just went in today and grabbed a few meals as well as bakery items. I tasted a bit of everything and it all tasted great! The place is also nice and clean and the lady who attended me was sweet. Highly recommend!

Stopped by for the first time and we are really impressed. Infusion waters are delicious and refreshing. BBQ chicken was a perfect blend of spices and flavors. We will be back again for sure!

Good evening. For online ordering our website is www.akprepsandbakery.com Every week we change our menu and what is on that current menu you can find in store from the Sunday through Thursday. We replenish our grab and go several times a week with new meals. We'd love for you to stop in and check us out. Apart from the meals we also have hot soups and chili, healthy bakery items and fruit infused water.
Hi Jennifer. Every Monday morning we put out a new menu online that you can pre order your meals for the Sunday pick up or delivery. Online orders close every Thursday at midnight. All our meals are pre cooked.Our grab and go is fully stocked daily for you to be able to walk in and purchase meals. Hope this helps. Feel free to message or call us with any questions
I preorder my meals on Monday and have them delivered Sunday. You can also pick them up from the store as well.
