Great meal prep, deff the best I've had so far. Everything from the steak to the chicken has been good. Deff some meals I'm not a fan of but that's preference. The chicken is always juicy even after I microwave it.

I've tried a few meal prep places and by far eat rite foods stands out on quality and taste .ever think of no carb meals for people with insulin .

First time here. Early today I had the salmon (to die for) now I’m having my second meal chicken. I will be a regular customer. Food is fresh, customer service great. Great location. Update still the beast meal prep 5 star ⭐️

All the meals have protein, carbs & fat grams specified on container. Don't know if it's the right combination for your diet. They are very good about answering questions, so you could call.

When I asked they said between a minute and a half to two minutes. Meals are good in the fridge for five days, and can be frozen up to two weeks.
