If I could give zero stars I would I literally went in spoke very nicely to everyone & still got bad attitudes from the front desk. I guess that’s what I get for being nice in return .. I have never been on any type of public assistance before I have been working since I was 15 years old but I fell on bad times & needed help for the first time & this is how they treat me ? terrible I waited for 2 hours then was told to come back the next day wait an extra 3 hours with bad attitudes at me once again! I can’t wait to return to work because this is so embarrassing & I have never felt so humiliated in my life until stepping into this place & having conversations with these mean people. I see why everyone is so mean to them now those front desk ladies aren’t nice at all.

In all honesty I have dealt with a lot of there staff and most are uncouth and have no empathy for the public and there situation but I am writing this review today because a single individual Ms. Harmon the IMCW Supervisor. She helped me with my daughter case, went over and beyond helping me with DHS, Medical, Snap and other aspects that my social worker should have helped me with keeping in mind she is the career link manager so that's not her job and being a full time single dad I was struggling losing a 50k+ job as a Designeur @cabinets to go cause of the bussing problem for Philadelphia school district. Ms Harmon Guided me with things she researched for my child who is on the autistic spectrum and in a very calm & relatable manor kept me from wildin out! Something I already knew but her words where like psychiatry lol it gave me an intense tunnel vision out look for my daughter & now am making more working from home and things are looking very bright. I can't speak for anyone else but this lady I can Vouch for her if your lucky enough to get her as I imagine things are random on who you get count your blessings. God bless you Ms Harmon you where truly a light for me in a dark time!!!

This was surprisingly painless. Maybe because I earmarked the chunk of the afternoon for it with no hurries amd no worries of outcome. I've read the negative reviews and there are many, but fortunately I got good customer service from Ms. C. Cullet & Company. Comparing it to similar sized building & staffed Department of Motor Vehichles or worst Uber Hub Philadelphia which was a nightmare of contentious clap back with on premises Security to prevent any response, this was a real blessing.

It is ridiculous when you call they hang up the phone on you and it don't even answer you trying to get information they want you to do everything online come on I understand we in a new time but you can pick up the phone if you don't want your job give it to somebody that want to go to work

No
Faxing anything is pointless, one of the case workers told me faxes pile up and they take forever to get around to everything
It's impossible to get in contact with caseworker
What's your fax number
When I call the phone with ringing ringing ringing no answer then da phone hangs up Why
I strongly recommend that you should write a review and post it.
Seems like nothing that will help us and we'll be open anytime soon
Yes
It needs to be "illegal" but currently regardless of the age medical cases need to be "renewed" every 12 months, but I believe there's an option to have it increased to up to every 5 years. Also; "medical assistance" for seniors for the State only pays the MediCare deductibles of $135 per month.
Call the office look on Google map and type in location and the number should pop uo
I'm not sure what you mean by replace food stamps but you can go to My Compass for the online portal. Or call the Change center they should be able to direct you.
I don't know what place that is. I never been there before.
I've been on the replacement line for over an hour an no response, how can I go about getting a new card another route PLEASE HELP ME?
My friend had the same problem too Your going to have to go to the office, be there by 8:30 am That's what he did and he finally got to talk with someone about his problem. I was told by my old caseworker, whom was changed to a different department, that the office is making a lot of changes. She gave me a service number to call to found out who my new caseworker would be, but the person couldn't tell me. She took my number and had someone call me about my issue. I still don't know who my caseworker is.
Call the change center and tell them your new address they'll get it done for you
It's better if u drop it off inside the office also get a receipt
All districts closes at 5:00 PM daily
You could call...look up your county assistance office and get the number to call they should be able to mail you one
It depends on rather or not you still have your old card, if you still have your card but it's not working, you can go into your district and have it replace it, if you lost it, it will take a little longer.
Yup!
