Bedrock Quartz Countertops

We had Milton and Duncan install our quartz countertop. They were both helpful and professional throughout the process. Everything turned out beautiful! The workmanship and end-product is more than I could have hoped for.. The whole experience of working with Bedrock has been remarkable and rewarding. I would highly recommend them for any kitchen/bathroom installation and would certainly use them anytime in the future.

Working with Bedrock could have been a lot better. First, we gave them measurements for a quote for a certain countertop and they gave us pricing. They then came out to do the laser measuring. The next day they called to tell us our measurements were off, so the price would be ~$2k more. We knew our measurements were correct so we pushed back and they said they would double-check. A couple of days later they called back to say our measurements were correct, so we could proceed with the original price. A couple of days later they called to say they no longer had enough of the countertop we selected and we needed to select a different countertop. I could not help but think if they had measured correctly, we would have had our first choice of countertop. So we had to go in and find one that would work. We selected a new countertop, but it was not our first choice. Then on the install they damaged our brand new cabinets. Their comment to me was "at least we did not hit the fridge". When we reached out to Bedrock to see if they would fix the damaged cabinet they replied that it was in the contract that they may create "residual damage" and they would not do anything to repair the damage they caused. So when a company pulls out "it is in the contract", I write a review. Every company makes mistakes, but find companies that can handle them appropriately.

Just finished a small bathroom remodel. Bedrock Quartz helped make the finishing touches of the vanity countertop and sink. The project turned out great and they were very easy to work with.
