Well, I was out for what I thought was going to be an amazing dinner with my wife. Boy was I wrong. It wasn't busy but full. I had no wait time. Which was a good start. We waited a bit to be greeted. Also, took too long for 2 drinks. Afterwards, we ordered our overpriced, small portioned cheese steak egg rolls. Which took about 20 mins. I ordered for my main course filet mignon medium rare. My wife order the brick chicken. That too came out about 45 mins after our appetizer. So when the food was brought to our table. I was famished only to discover it was over cooked. No pink at all. My wife's food was fine. Here's the kicker. I do believe that the back of the house manager came to check on me immediately after my food was served. Which made me think that he knew it was already wrong but served it to me anyway. I was told to keep it and give it to my dog and that a new one would be made for me on the fly. Mind you, my wife is waiting for me to get my 2nd steak. So we can enjoy our dinner together. Thinking it should cook for longer than 10 mins. By minute 20, I told my wife to go ahead and eat. By now, I'm furious. No manager came to me nor was I offered a free drink. I had, had enough. I grabbed a waiter that wasn't even my server. Told them to give me my check and cancel my steak bc I no longer wanted it. Totally unacceptable. Not to mention, there was no music in the dinning area. This place gives a bad name for good servers. Josh was awesome along with Zack. I tipped him well over what the check really was suppose to be. Had it been another patreon, he/she never would have tipped at all because of a mistake of the cook. But because I've worked in the food industry I knew it wasn't his fault. Unfortunately, this place is taking a turn for the worse. I'm not the only one here leaving bad reviews. Had I seen the other reviews. I never would have spent my money here. This place used to be amazing to eat at. Now, it's slowly becoming just another hole in the wall that gets bad reviews. Heed warning,if you do go here may I suggest just beer and appetizers.
