Our visit was a good one. Friendly customer service and a very facility. Lots of parking and easy to find. Only problem was the side door key card swipers were not working.

Positive: It was quiet and plenty of parking. We were there the weekend of Drake relays and soccer competitions and they were great about keeping things quiet for all other guests. Staff were great and breakfast was great as well. Negative: Mainly the beds were hard for us - however this is more of a personal preference. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The location is very good. Negative: We had to ask for a different room because the television had been "locked"so we couldn't view anything. Our second room had not been cleaned. There were no chairs in the room.

We have used this hotel regularly and found it to be nice, clean, & comfortable. My reason for a 1 star rating is due to this hotel charging us $250 for supposed smoke&damage. I found out when I saw the charge on my account & called. I'm still waiting for the manager to call me back. Full disclosure: we go outside and smoke in our car. We don't smoke in the room. We have stayed here several times and have had no issues until now. Disappointed the manager hasn't tried to reach out and we are Hilton members.
