Love this store! Great styles and the layout is so much fun to walk through. Staff is really helpful as well in case you need help with sizing or finding something.

Very rude I don’t like the costumer service at this store very snobby I was actually gonna get store credit for my returns but they were so rude I changed my mind and got a refund instead. Like no. Would never shop here again!!

Hi, I've bought these Round Toe Loafers and every time I am trying to wear them, they don't fit. It is crazy, as they seem soooo small, even if I bought my right size. Can I come to your store to exchange them for something else? ....

So, I called online customer service and a store: store return policy is 30 days, so no return and it is diffident from online, but I bought it at a store in NYC. And now I have a pair of shoes I cannot wear, that's weird. But anyway, life moves on. Very disappointed, great that I have some friend to give these shoes to! pffff...

Hi, are Leather Tassel Loafers available in your store? Size 7. I see online but would like to see how it fits.
