The property is run down, tiny, small parking lot and DEFINITELY not for families. Don’t let the word Villas fool you. Anything but! The pool is the size of a sauna that you would find on a back deck. This place is for teenagers or party people who are down on the weekends and have no expectations beside a door and a worn bed. I’m not going to even get into the condition of the rooms. We left. Looks seedy from the street and it only gets worse inside. Save money and head to The Hershey down the street. Thankful that they had a room in the height of the season. **Please take heed to these warnings.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT STAY HERE. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The pictures online I don’t even think are of the actual hotel. We booked the boardwalk hotel and when we arrived we were put across the street in some sands motel. We left that same night and refused to stay in the disgusting room. The price was completely ridiculous it was $400 for two nights and that was a $30 room. We have demanded our money back from them and are just being lied too. They have said they issued the refund 3 times now and nothing comes. This place is an absolute scam DO NOT STAY HERE.

Location was great, right on the boardwalk and a five minute walk to the pier and water park. Staff was friendly and got us whatever we needed. The room was a place to sleep. Could use a lot of TLC, maybe some proper maintenance. No place to hang wet stuff from the beach or water park, no towel bar in the bathroom to even hang a wet bath towel
